AC Clinic Acne Foam Cleanser

 

general info : formulated w/ Salicylic Acid, Triclosan and Sandalwood Oil. Acne Foam Cleanser removes acne causing germs to keep skin clean all day. As stated by the product, it has a non-comedogenic means it will not produce nor aggravate acne. AC Clinic line is formulated w/o acne inducing ingredients to promote clear skin.

effect : Of course when I heard that they have a product line for acne or pimple dilemma, it thrilled me coz i get to minimize my growth of pimples at last! Facial foam cleanser is used after rinsing your face with warm water. The effect of the facial foam cleanser after applied is that it leaves your skin dry and refreshed. This is used twice a day. I have been using this product for about  2mos. now and instead of giving me a clear smooth skin, instead it ended up worsening the growth of pimples on my face. Still didn’t achieve the result that I was expecting for this product...so sad!!!

-      - it contains 150 ml which is good because it lasts longer

-      - cleanses your face without leaving dirt 

m- my skin became less oily which is good

-     - as for me, it does not achieve the desired result to at least minimize my pimple growth instead they grew

-      -with a price of P398 that is why I have to consume the bottle up to now ( i honestly don’t  wanna waste it despite i don’t personally like it )

AC Clinic Toner

 

general info : formulated w/ Salicylic Acid & Hinoki Cypress extract. AC Clinic Toner clarifies and soothes troubles skin for moist, cleansed sensation all day long.

effect : as stated, it is “non-comedogenic”. Hmmm well that i can’t say as i use it personally. Directions on how to apply, dispense toner solution onto facial cotton pad and apply to face and neck as well. Still didn’t  meet my expectations for minimizing pimples but at least it thoroughly cleanses my face. I use this at night coz one of my resources say if you used it during day time it might coz your skin to somehow darken. One tip iv’e learned.

-  - like the packaging and it contains 5.07 fl, oz which from my perception looks like Japanese “sake”

-  - cools my face after toning

-  - remove dirt and it penetrates it to the pores

-  - good for long term usage

-   - then again the content is alot so i have to finish it so as not to waste it

-  - it costs P498 w/c for me is not worth it

- - it worsens pimple production

 

AC Clinic Gel Lotion

general info : formulated w/ Salicylic Acid & Hinoki Cypress extract. AC Clinic Toner clarifies and soothes troubled skin while maintaining oil and moisture balance w/o aggravation.

effect: as stated, it is “non-comedogenic”. Directions on how to use, i normally apply it using clean fingers and if i apply it using cotton, it would just stick to the cotton and not on my face. This product is considered as a moisturizer and this helps in application of bb cream so that the bb cream would glide without the feeling of dryness. Used twice a day.

-  - also like the packaging same as the volume measurement on top

-  - you don’t need to apply alot coz it easily spreads out on the face

-  - it moisturizes my face and of all the 3 products this the only one that works for me

-  - it costs P498 so that is why i have to finish the product so as not to waste it

Will i purchase it  again?

-      definitely no!!! next one to try the face shop cleansing line..

This product that i’ll be reviewing is the Secret Beam Powder Pact as a matter of fact, this was my first item I bought from etude house...Now let me rundown a quick review

general info : pearl highlighting coverage with silky finish. This product comes in two shades and the one that I chose was the lightest shade. It has a touch of shimmery finish. 

effect : at first I loved the effect because it gave me a smooth finish but after a long term use, it gave me a rough skin in which pimples started to appear everywhere on my face and it gave my skin a more oilier look. What I also don’t like about this product is that I had to reapply every now and then so that my face won’t look oily. Probably the reason is that my face is not “hiyang” to this product.

-  - love the packaging inside and out. It looks sophisticated in a way.

- - it has 16g for long term use somehow liked the smell

- - don’t like the effect on my skin hence i discontinued it for me, it just took maybe an hour then after wards my face became oily again

- - when i washed the foam, it didn’t became smooth again (thinking maybe that could also be another factor

Will i repurchase? 

-         nope. not satisfied.. :(

EH All Day Strong BB Cream

All Day Strong BB Cream for Various Skin Types

 

The Product that I'll review is the Precious Mineral All Day Strong Sheer Silky #1 which is the lightest shade of all the three and this is recommended for oily skin type...

general info : sheer silky bb cream is known for its multipurpose efficacies which includes UV Protection + Whitening + Anti-Wrinkle. 

The reason why i chose to review this product is because i personally use it. I have an oily skin type especially on my T-zones and with lil bit of pimples. 

As for this product, it is said to have a hypoallergenic and oil-free formula. 

effect : Im already using this product for around 2 months now. At first my skin reacted to the product in which i grew more pimples (ampf!!!) but the longer the usage, i really like the effect in terms of my face does not get easily oily for around 5 hours in which i don't need to use powder or foundation during that period. 

 

( + )

- oil control lasts for around 5hrs and longer (depends on the environment)

- makes the skin look clearer thus it makes you feel like your blooming

- has SPF 30/PA++

( - )

- since sheer silky is the lightest shade of all the All Day Strong BB Creams hence this is suitable for fairer type skin tone and moderate skin tone

-the packaging when i bought it, it somehow appears thin and the content is somewhat few compared to the pics i posted above

-i dont like the pump since it squirts out a lot of cream and its diff to control (i really dont like wasting alot just only enough for my face)

-i tried using my fingers, its somewhat causes pimples to pop out of my face and that's also what i dont like which aggravates the growth of pimples (next time better use a brush (i recommend use the one in the face shop)

Will i repurchase?

- hmmm probably...still alot of other bb products to try.... ;p
